Female Dragon Headshot Sadness

I will re-scan this later as there is a part missing from below this head. The neck is very long and the chest was supposed to be at the bottom of the screen, but I'll fix it later.


Upon being fascinated by my dragon headshot drawing in class, my fellow classmate inquired why they were all so mean-looking and not cute or elegant like dragons she had read about and asked me if I could, indeed, draw cute and elegant creatures. I said yes, of course, I had many times before. But although "cute"was stuck firmly in my mind, an elegant dragon showing my true emotion at the time (a friend had been fighting with me and I felt bad even though I wasn't the problem by any means) came out instead.

This is how important emotions are to drawing... it's not that I'm angry all the time, it's just that drawing angry things helps me relieve that built up emotion, stress, or even sadness.
